All scheduling requests must be made through the use of this online form.  No other methods will be accepted (phone, note, casual conversation or other means).

Please complete this form to request a game reschedule.  It must be completed within 24 hours of a rainout or a minimum of 2 weeks prior for game cancellations for any other reason than a rainout.  Failure to notify the scheduler of a rainout within 24 hours may result in the home coach being held responsible for associated diamond rental fees not recovered from the city.

Complete this form if you are interested in coaching in the 2023 season.  Your application is appreciated.  It will be reviewed and you will be contacted regardless of whether a coaching position can/will be made available or not. 

Rep coaching positions will be awarded by the beginning of September 2022. Submissions for Rep due by August 22, 2022 at 11:59pm. Select and Houseleague coaching applications will be available at a later time (dates pending).
