New to WMBA?

• Select the division you wish to register for.
• Click "Continue"
• Enter your email without a password.
• The system will then generate a password and send it to your email address and you will be able to login to the registration system and continue with the registration process.

Returning Members

We do retain your account information from year to year.  Please do not recreate your account each year this leads to duplication of your information and creates significant confusion during our team allocation process.   (Forgotten Password?: enter your email alone and your password will be sent to you - the system automatically sends a new password for new accounts).  If your email has changed, please login to the system using your previous email and password and update your account information for any changes, such as:
 

• Phone Numbers
• Email addresses
• Home addresses

Please ensure to update your account. 

Payment Options:

A credit card OR Paypal account is required in order to complete your online registration.  "Credit card only" payments can be made using Paypal, you do NOT need a Paypal account.  Simply read the Paypal page carefully and select the "pay with credit card option" near the credit card images.

Note that once you have submitted a child's registration form you cannot edit it.  However, you can delete the relatively simple form and start again if necessary UNTIL you pay for the registration.  After a registration is paid you must contact   to make any changes.  You can view your current registrations and status using the Edit My Account link on the left-hand menu.

A receipt will automatically be emailed to you upon completion of the registration - including payment.

Registration is not complete until it is paid in full either online through Paypal or by cheque - see below.  Incomplete registrations will be waitlisted after 2 weeks and are subject to deletion after April 30 or may be assessed late fees.

Please attach a note regarding who the registration cheque is for and what division; do not mail cash.

Cancelations and Refunds

Cancelations prior to the start of the season are subject to a $25.00 administration fee. Cancelations after May 20th are not eligible for any refund.

Playing Outside Age Division

The registration system and registrar will enforce age limit registrations.  If you wish to have your child considered for an alternate age division, please contact the convenor at:  

Please note that the WMBA has a very strong desire to see kids play within their age division for social, safety, fairness and level of play reasons.

Girls' Fastball Softball Registration (FMSA)

The FMSA still requires an FMSA form with original signature.  Fastpitch coaches will obtain signatures on original forms before the first game.
