Upper Houseleague
The WMBA runs three upper houseleague divisions, 11U, 13U, 16U.
11U - Players aged 10 or 11 by end of calendar year. Weeknight games on Monday, Wednesday or Thursday with 6:30pm start. Teams play 1-2 games per week on any of the three nights. In June we host our Friday Night Under the Lights, where all teams will play a game under the lights starting at 8pm. Games moatly played at - Waterdown Memorial Park, Gatesbury Park
13U - Players aged 12 or 13 by end of calendar year. Weeknight games Monday and Thursday starting at 6:15pm and 8:15pm. Teams will play 1 - 2 games per week. After the Championship in August will be the annual Home Run Derby for 13U. Games played at - Joe Sam's Leisure Park
16U - Players aged 14, 15 and 16 by end of calendar year. Sunday night Games starting at 6:00pm and 8:15pm. If 3 teams division will move to a 8pm game on Mondays instead of double headers on Sundays. 3 Teams 1 - 2 games per week Sunday and Monday. 4 teams is 1 game a week Sundays. Games played at - Joe Sam's Leisure Park
For 11U and 13U the WMBA will provide weekend times throughout the season on weekends (Friday Night - Sunday) for division wide practices.
In July along with selected players from our Lower Houseleague teams, players from 11U and 13U will be selected to participate in our annual All Star Games.
New for 2024 is player evaluations in late April early May to balance teams.
